Why this app was created
Blood pressure readings are often written on paper or remain only in the monitor’s memory. This app provides a simple, clear log directly on the Android device.
Values can be entered in three number fields. For faster entry, SYS, DIA and pulse can also be spoken one after another.
Before saving, all recognised values remain visible and editable. The user always decides which data is stored.
The app deliberately stays lightweight: no ads, no account, no cloud and no permanent storage of photos or voice recordings.
A look inside the app
The interface focuses on fast entry, review of values and a clear local history.
Privacy and speech input
The app can be used completely without speech input. Manual entry does not require an internet connection.
Optional speech input uses the Android speech recognition service. The app itself stores no voice recording and sends no readings to its own servers or to the developer. Confirmed values remain in local device storage.
Feedback and testing
Feedback on usability, CSV export or speech recognition can be sent to: mail@diy-technik.de
